The Amethyst Extended AU (AEAU), known here as Order of the Stone, is an upcoming web comic that will re-tell the story of Minecraft: Story Mode. This new and fresh story will include more lore, its own choices, complex characters, and most importantly: A more expanded story and take on the story we all know and love.
Although it will primarily have the same storyline, there will definitely be some changes. Without spoiling too much, the story will expand on the already-existing characters, such as giving them more screen time and scenes (ex. Gill and Maya). It will even make the characters and storyline more in-depth. Alongside our beloved characters will also be original characters, both made by me and other amazing creative people in the MCSM fandom (ex. Nikki by theninjakid14). You will also expect more world building.
I've had the story in my head since November 2022. Over time, I've changed and expanded on details and aspects. I got really motivated when Wazzy released his MCSM Remake trailer, and now everyone's on board with this MCSM comeback, with Ken Tracer's World's Edge series and Dablice's S.O.T. game.
It was originally supposed to be an animated series, but it was changed to a web comic series, due to the fact that I lacked animation skills and most of the voice actors were incredibly busy with their lives, which I completely understand.
